Thanks to everyone who joined our Back to School webinar! With the new academic year underway, we took a practical look at setting up programming courses in CodeGrade and showcased the updates designed to make this semester run smoothly for you and your students.
We kicked off with a first look at the new built-in Terminal and redesigned code editor. Students can now write and run their code right in the browser, with nothing to install, which means fewer setup headaches at the start of the semester and more time spent on actual programming.
From there, we covered what else is new, including the AI Assistant, exam features and quizzes, before walking step by step through setting up an assignment in CodeGrade. We also showed how to make the most of CodeGrade Free, with autograding, inline feedback, rubrics and GitHub integration all available at no cost. Finally, we wrapped up with a live demo and opened the floor for questions from the audience.
