We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a 14-day refund policy for individual student purchases.

Eligibility

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • The request must be made by the individual who made the purchase.
  • Refunds apply only to individual, one-time purchases made directly through our platform.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund directly on the payment banner inside CodeGrade or through your profile page.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund.

Additional Notes

  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly by students. Institutional or bulk licenses are governed by separate agreements.
  • Abuse of the refund policy may result in account review or suspension.
