About CodeGrade
CodeGrade is an automated code feedback and grading platform used by universities and colleges worldwide. We help educators save time and give students better, faster feedback on their programming work, improving outcomes for hundreds of thousands of students globally. We're a bootstrapped company with real traction, and we're now building the team to take us to the next level.
About the Role
As Account Manager at CodeGrade, your core job is to own the full customer relationship with universities and colleges. From first conversation through renewal and expansion. That means closing new institutional accounts, converting activated users into committed customers, deepening engagement with existing accounts, and making sure every institution you work with gets lasting value from CodeGrade. You'll run new-business conversations end-to-end, manage relationships through renewal cycles, and identify opportunities to expand usage across departments and programs.
You'll work closely with our Head of Partnerships and be a central part of a small, high-ownership team. Our primary market is the US, so you'll need to be comfortable working US business hours.
